Are appointments weather permitting?

Yes, all mobile auto detailing appointments are weather permitting. Unfortunately, in the event of bad weather ( Rain / Freezing Temps ) during your appointment window and you cannot make it to our garage in Sandown NH, we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day. We always do our absolute best to accommodate everyone that has to reschedule due to bad weather. During the winter months we will also have to start & warmup your vehicle. 

If it's below 40 degrees or raining out, we cannot perform any detail services unless you can bring your vehicle to our garage. In the event of bad weather, we could arrange picking up / dropping off your vehicle depending on where you're located.

Can you come to my work address, apartment or condo building?

Any appointment that is going to be booked at a public area or business / private parking lot we do need permission from the owner of the property or HOA before we can conduct any business on the property.

We do not normally provide services at these type of locations. We also have to abide by noise restriction laws in these areas and cannot run our equipment properly. If this is the only location that you can have your vehicle done, please contact us prior to booking so that we can make sure we can provide our services at your location.

When performing any mobile detailing service we need a safe area to park that is free of any foot / vehicle traffic. Unfortunately we cannot perform any mobile services if there is no off street parking available.

Can I drop my vehicle off at your garage?

We are now accepting drop off appointments on our website! You can select the service category you're looking for and book the drop off version of the appointment. Our garage is located at 249 Fremont Road, Sandown, NH 03873. Our garage entrance is located on the back left side of the red garage.
